   Hello, I am looking for someone who understands a higher level of qigong that involves an increased awareness and ability to the mind, because I advanced something and I want to ask about it, but to someone who knows of what super natural extra heightened function could come from practicing exercises. Thank you.
   I used to not be able to squat and I was introduced by the nonwestern toilets, and then now I can go up and down effortlessly, because I learnt some movement rules… It’s gone beyond that. I want to find genuine friends.
